Hired as a Vice President and then appointed, by Kensington's Board, in September 1993 to be the new C.E.O. and C.O.O. of this fully SEC reporting, publicly traded company in order to prevent it from filling chapter 11 after it had lost $949,000 during the first nine months of 1993.Kensingston is in gas production and fixtures manufacturing. Kensington showed its first net profit in the third quarter of 1995. Kensington is aka Kensington International Holding Corporation.
